"I hired a general contractor who stole tens of thousands of dollars from us, constantly lied, and quit on the job when we questioned how he had spent our money. Afterward, the contractor filed a fraudulent lien on our property for tens of thousands of dollars. I consulted with two other firms that gave us bad advice and eventually reached out to Lovein Ribman. Robert M. Lovein took my call right away and after a few minutes already had a plan of action. My case was given to Nick Messina and he was able to resolve our situation in less than a few weeks. I highly recommend using this firm and if I ever have problems again, they will be my first call."—JONATHAN SHELLEY

"I contacted Lovein Ribman to assist me in having a lien removed from my home. Nick Messina did an excellent job and the lien was quickly removed. I was impressed by each person I dealt with from the intake to the invoicing. I would highly recommend Lovein Ribman!"—JULIE BEESON

“Nick Messina was so easy to work with and answered all of our questions. Within a week our issue was resolved and we got the outcome we wanted!”—C.F.

I am a Senior Counsel Attorney at Lovein Ribman, P.C. I grew up in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. Both of my parents are Texas attorneys. As a young man, I was able to observe my parents advocate for their clients and this inspired me to follow in their footsteps and become an attorney. I graduated from Baylor University in 2009, receiving a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics. I then attended South Texas College of Law in Houston, Texas where I graduated in two years.

I have represented clients in civil lawsuits across Texas. My practice areas include construction law, mechanic’s lien claims, bond claims, business litigation, trucking and transportation litigation, premises liability, personal injury, bad faith insurance practices, insurance defense, subrogation, employment law, and municipal law. I have participated in hundreds of mediations and depositions throughout my career and successfully handle all aspects of litigation from case inception through final disposition or trial.

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my wife, Sara Messina, our two children, Emilia and Nicholas, and our two dogs, Rocco and Lola.
