Andrew Patchan is a Senior Associate at Lovein Ribman, P.C. Andrew has extensive litigation experience, and has achieved successful results for clients at both the trial and appellate levels. Andrew has represented clients in over a dozen jury trials and has helped recover millions of dollars in damages through jury verdicts and settlements. Andrew’s experience runs the gamut from business disputes, to employment litigation, to complex constitutional issues. But whatever the issue, Andrew relishes the opportunity to aggressively pursue the best outcome for his clients. His success in representing clients has led to Andrew’s recognition as one of Dallas’s Top 40 under 40 Civil Litigation Plaintiff’s Attorneys by the National Trial Lawyers from 2019-2020.
Prior to practicing law, Andrew received his law degree from the West Virginia University College of Law where he was a Senior Research Editor on the West Virginia Law Review — the fourth oldest Law Review in the United States. In addition to law review, Andrew competed in national law school competitions, received multiple awards for outstanding academic performance, and was awarded a full-tuition merit scholarship. Andrew also served on his law school’s Land Use Law Clinic where he helped facilitate real estate transactions and advised clients on land use issues in rural Appalachian communities.
When he is not advocating for his clients, Andrew enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter.
