Elana Ribman is a Senior Partner at Lovein Ribman, P.C., where she specializes in matters involving intellectual property law and disputes, labor and employment law, business and commercial litigation, and other complex civil litigation. Mrs. Ribman has over 20 years of complex litigation experience in both state and federal courts, to include prosecuting and defending employment, business, and intellectual property matters.
Mrs. Ribman received her J.D. from Syracuse University College of Law in 1997, where she was an Associate Editor of the Syracuse Law Review. During law school, she had the honor of serving as a judicial intern for Senior United States District Judge, John S. Rhoades, for the Southern District of California.
Mrs. Ribman is a member of both the Texas and California state bars, and is admitted to practice before all of the courts of the state of Texas and California as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Northern District of California, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas.
