“We built a new home and pool, and discovered significant issues with the work. We did not know what to do or where to turn. We found David Pipal at Lovein Ribman, who led us through mediation and was successful in resolving the situation and getting us a settlement from the builder and developer of the master planned community. He is a very passionate and knowledgeable lawyer. He took a personal interest in our case and would not give up until he felt we were appropriately compensated. I would definitely use him again.”
