“We worked with Lovein Ribman to help us navigate disengaging with our builder due to many issues. We were assigned and worked with attorney Ann Patcham. Ann was very responsive and timely in letting us know our options and issuing a demand letter. We really appreciate her sense of urgency, knowledge, and guidance through the process. Now we are able to move on and get our house completed, finally! Thank you.” - Deborah Gaffney
