Logan Mynar

Logan Mynar is a Senior Associate at Lovein Ribman, P.C., where his practice focuses on construction law with an emphasis on residential construction defect litigation and related civil matters. He has extensive experience managing complex, high-volume cases from pre-suit investigation through litigation, arbitration, mediation, and resolution.

Logan has represented hundreds of homeowners in construction defect disputes throughout Texas and has significant experience handling all phases of litigation. His practice includes evaluating complex construction and property damage claims, developing litigation strategy, conducting depositions, handling motion practice, and negotiating favorable resolutions for clients. His background in insurance defense and property loss consulting provides him with a comprehensive understanding of litigation strategy, claims handling, and dispute resolution from multiple perspectives.

Prior to joining Lovein Ribman, Logan served as a Plaintiff Construction Defect Attorney and later Managing Attorney at Wilson, Reeder & Zudar, P.A., where he managed a docket of more than 600 active residential construction defect matters. His work included overseeing litigation strategy, supervising associate attorneys, conducting and defending depositions, preparing dispositive motions, and handling matters through arbitration and state court proceedings.

Logan’s professional background also includes experience as an Attorney and Building Loss Consultant with Envista Forensics, where he handled insurance property loss claims and commercial property inspections, as well as insurance defense litigation at Lucero Wollam, PLLC involving liability, coverage disputes, and first-party insurance litigation matters.

A native Texan, Logan earned his Juris Doctor from St. Mary’s University School of Law in 2017 and his undergraduate degrees in Political Science and History from Texas State University. He was admitted to practice law in Texas in 2017.
