Attorney Opportunities (Dallas–Fort Worth & Austin Office Locations)

Lovein Ribman, P.C. is seeking motivated and talented attorneys who enjoy solving complex legal problems and are committed to delivering exceptional client service. Our firm focuses on construction law (transactions and litigation), commercial and residential real estate, and business litigation and transactions.

For nearly two decades, Lovein Ribman has represented owners, developers, contractors, subcontractors, and design professionals throughout Texas. The firm is consistently recognized by U.S. News & World Report and Best Lawyers as a Tier One “Best Law Firm” and is ranked by Chambers & Partners for its construction law expertise. We are currently hiring newly admitted, mid-level, and experienced attorneys for our Dallas–Fort Worth office.

Who should apply

We welcome candidates with strong analytical skills, sound judgment, and a genuine interest in advocacy. Experience in construction law is helpful but not required.

Attorneys with transferable litigation experience — particularly from insurance defense, commercial litigation, real estate litigation, or business disputes — are strongly encouraged to apply. Many attorneys with insurance defense backgrounds thrive in our practice given their deposition, motion, and case management experience.

Experience levels

  • Newly admitted attorneys: strong academic record and demonstrated interest in litigation or construction/real estate matters
  • Mid-level attorneys: deposition and motion practice experience preferred
  • Senior attorneys: substantial litigation experience, including depositions, dispositive motions, and/or trial work preferred

Credentials such as top law school performance, judicial clerkships, or board certification in construction or employment law are valued but not required.

Compensation and benefits

  • Salary range: $120,000 – $300,000+ (commensurate with experience and transferable skills)
  • Performance bonuses with potential to exceed $60,000 annually

Construction Law Attorneys

Lovein Ribman, P.C. is always seeking to hire talented attorneys who are dedicated to the practice of construction law and who enjoy solving complex legal problems, and who care about zealously protecting our clients’ interests and needs.  The firm is looking for people of integrity who have a true passion for law, advocacy, and want to work alongside other highly motivated and dedicated attorneys. U.S. News & World Report and Best Lawyers has consistently ranked the firm as a tier one “Best Law Firm.”  

The firm is hiring newly licensed and experienced attorneys who have anywhere between 1 – 30 plus years’ experience in construction law or with transferable skills in other areas who have substantial deposition, law and motion practice, and/or trial experience to work out of our DFW or Austin offices.
