Zak Presley is a trial attorney representing clients in a variety of areas including construction and business litigation as well as personal injury and employment matters. Mr. Presley grew up in Southlake, Texas and graduated from the University of Houston with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics. He then earned his law degree at Texas A&M University where he graduated number three in his class.
Mr. Presley’s practice is driven by his dedication to outworking his opponent and bringing a high-energy approach to each case seeking positive results as economically as possible. His diverse litigation practice has allowed him to successfully represent clients throughout the nation in the construction, entertainment, energy, manufacturing, medical, real estate, and retail industries. Mr. Presley has experience representing owners, general contractors, subcontractors and sureties in connection with complex residential and commercial construction projects including payment disputes and construction defect claims. Mr. Presley protects his business clients by working with them to determine what is right for their specific businesses and looking at their legal needs from both legal and practical perspectives.
Mr. Presley is active in the Tarrant and Dallas County Bar Associations and serves as a mentor to law students and recent graduates of Texas A&M School of Law. During his time at the University of Houston he was a four-year starter for the baseball team and was selected by the New York Yankees in the 2006 Major League Baseball Draft.
