Joe Baker is Senior Counsel attorney at Lovein Ribman, P.C. Mr. Baker was born and raised in Fort Worth, Texas. After graduating from Richland High School, he attended Texas Christian University, where he majored in HIstory and graduated with honors in 2002. After teaching public school, Mr. Baker went to law school at Texas Tech, where he was a member of the Law Review, and interned with the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas, Midland-Odessa Division.
Mr. Baker graduated from Texas Tech and was admitted to the Texas Bar in 2008, and began practicing oil and gas law in Midland, Texas. In 2009, he was also admitted to the New Mexico Bar. Mr. Baker practiced law in Midland, Texas from 2008 to 2021, and while his practice centered on oil and gas law, he gained experience in matters involving construction law, trade secrets, personal injury, and property damage.
Mr. Baker has experience in all aspects of the litigation process and has obtained favorable results for his clients at summary judgment, trial, and arbitration.
