David’s practice focuses on construction defect, product liability, and professional liability matters. He represents major developers, general contractors, subcontractors, and design professionals in complex commercial and residential developments, including OCIP and CCIP projects. David has also defended product manufacturers and materials suppliers against claims of defective and/or contaminated products.
David has an active transactional and business litigation practice, representing companies in corporate and administrative matters. He defends individuals and business entities against licensing actions brought by government agencies based on claims of misrepresentation, fraud, elder abuse, and other negligent or intentional misconduct. As general counsel to various contractors, David is also involved in drafting and reviewing contracts as well as defending and prosecuting contractual indemnity claims.
